I can start a new custom design for your site, or I can also do a website re-design if you are looking for your current website to be enhanced and modernized.

Maintenance is just as it states, the updating and adding of images or text that you may need to keep your site up to date. I have two maintenance plans. My first plan is a flat rate quarterly maintenance service, to be prepaid quarterly. This flat fee allows for up to two hours of maintenance per month, if the hours are not used, they do not transfer to the next month. After two hours per month, the hourly rate applies. For more details, please ask for a price quote via email.

My second plan is for those customers with minimal updates needed after the initial design. For these customers, I offer an hourly rate, prorated in 15-minute increments.

I take my business seriously and am very meticulous once I have received website updates and/or changes, modifications will be made within 48 hours of receipt. I am not happy until you are happy.

If you are not personally looking forward to paying future maintenance fees to update, I highly suggest you look into a WordPress design, which I can give you the tools and documentation to maintain the site yourself once my design is complete. And of course, I will always be there to answer questions, if you have any along the way!

I have begun exclusively working with the ELEMENTOR THEME to design my new WordPress websites. If you would like to venture out on designing your very own WordPress website, this is the theme that I recommend that you have.

For Elementor, you can do a very basic site with their free, Hello Theme.  But I would highly recommend purchasing their annual Pro licensing.  There is just so much more you can do with the Pro License.  No limitations and wow, what amazing web design builds you can do!

I have also used the Ultimatum Theme.  For Ultimatum, most people can get away with just purchasing the Basic theme with Ultimatum unless you have plans for selling things on your site, then I would recommend their Professional level theme.

I have in the works, plans to design, produce, and sell documentation for maintaining your very own WordPress website using both the Ultimatum Theme and the Elementor Theme.

I exclusively use GoDaddy to purchase my domain names. If you would like to have me directly maintain your account, domain names are available for me to purchase for you at $19.95 a year. You can renew annually, or renew for up to 10 (ten) years at a time.
If you opt to buy the domain yourself, just know that I will need access to your account so that I can set everything up for you for your domain, hosting, email, etc.
If you already have a domain name, congratulations, you have accomplished the first step of having your own website.
SSL Certificates protect your sensitive information as it passes from one computer to another. They not only protect you, but they also protect your clients as well. They are the green bars or closed padlocks you see up by the HTTPS:// bar at the top of the browser. In addition to encryption, your SSL certificate also provides authentication. This means you can be sure that you are sending information to the right server and not to an imposter trying to steal your information. Having an SSL will also increase your google ranking.

As with the Domain Names, as of right now, I prefer using GoDaddy for all my hosting needs. Though, I plan to change this in the near future.  Hosting is the business of housing, serving, and maintaining files for your website. When you use a hosting service you are paying to buy the space on the internet to have your website live and available for people to access from their computers.

I typically pre-purchase and maintain hosting fees for my clients. These fees must be paid in advance. This fee is separate from the domain name, website design, and maintenance fees, and needs to be renewed annually (along with your domain name) to keep your site active online. The fee to have your website online with me is currently $15.00/month for a total of $180.00/year prepaid hosting.

Alternatively, if you would prefer to purchase your hosting yourself, I would then just need administrative access to your account to set up everything on my end for hosting, domain, and email.
